Creating a Cohesive Narrative for Accessy

Accessy, a digital solution for door access management, approached Block Zero to uncover the core narrative of the company's offerings. We created a communication strategy that could resonate with different target audiences and designed a landing page to show a new storyline in action.

About the Service

Accessy is a digital product for door access management — the app allows users to unlock doors with a tap on their phone, eliminating the need for traditional keys or access cards.

The Ask

When Accessy approached Block Zero, they wanted a critical eye on an existing story of the service and to also identify the gaps in flows of the stories that are told to different target audiences.

Additionally, the newly formed PR team needed a solid narrative that would become a foundation to rely on in their daily activities.

Narrative Process™

We conducted a workshop with the Accessy team to gain a deeper understanding of their customers and users and company's current narratives. This collaborative session helped us shape the messaging strategy, and enabled us to craft the company's core general narrative and several targeted storylines for specific stakeholders.

Landing Page Design

To show how the developed narrative can be applied in practice, we designed a landing page using the proposed communication guidelines. We also experimented with the existing branding and revamped the visual language to give our design a fresh and modern look.

Outcomes

The comprehensive communications guidelines brochure and the example landing page with refreshed visual identity gave Accessy's communications team a solid foundation and the tools they needed to move forward.
