ABOUT PARSD
Parsd is a Swedish SaaS platform that turns large collections of unstructured information like documents, web pages and audio into an organized and smart AI library.
It combines AI-powered summaries, source tracking, and multilingual analysis with source-verification and team sharing tools to enable professionals and researchers to generate trustworthy outputs.
For 4+ years we have been working together with the Parsd team in designing and developing their product.
Parsd came to us with a mission: to help analysts and professionals make sense of massive, messy information sets. They needed a partner who could shape the product vision, define a user-friendly experience from the ground up, and develop a platform that could scale with their ambitions.

Multidisciplinary support
Since our first collaboration with Parsd on their brand identity, our role has grown to hands-on and advisory work across product UX design, frontend development, and platform architecture. We’ve led workshops with Parsd’s team to align on priorities and translate ideas into actionable design and development plans. At the same time, our focus on user research has ensured the platform feels intuitive from the very beginning and that users navigate with confidence.

Redesigned the user sign-up and onboarding flows and supported Stripe setup for billing and subscription management.

Built Parsd’s marketing website with messaging that shows value, use cases, and drives demo requests.

Designed and developed sharing and collaboration features to enable teamwork and transparency.
Security Features
Strengthened sign-in security by designing and implementing BankID verification and multi-factor authentication.

Connected HubSpot to improve lead management, nurture user relationships, and support the full marketing lifecycle.
